Pros

CEO is more like head master. You will be treated like student . You will learn to work under pressure and deadlines. Chetu will make you a best performer wherever you go. You will have valid reasons to your friends and family, not being social as office timings are 2:30-11:30. Excellent company for fake experienced guys with good salary and good bi-appraisal. You can not carry your mobile in conference even in silent mode. They say you can give it to office boy in urgency, but you will not able to find him where he is. TL's and Developer are supportive to each other.

Cons

it will be worst mistake of your career if you joined this company when you have more than three year of experience. Growing company with degrading morale. If yor are resigning from company notice period is 2-3 months, if company is terminating/firing then you have to leave within 2 days. You can not have tax benefits if you don't have vehicle and telephone bills. For tax benefits you have to submit petrol receipts with your vehicle RC.If you don't have vehicle then no other alternative from company side. Their leave structure is like 6 float+4 national holiday+monthly paid leave (1.5-2):let me elaborate you: 6 floating leaves are for leaves like holy/diwali/eid/gurunanak/...etc.You have to grant permission from your TL/FM/PM for Floating leaves. You have to manage these 6 float leaves for all festivals. If in case your floating leaves fall on sunday or on off saturday (alternate saturday are off), then that floating leave becomes void.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience while working at Chetu. We value our team members and strive to provide the best working environment possible. However, we must also consider the quality of the employees we bring on board. Not everyone will be a good fit in terms of culture, personality, or quality of work. We strive to maintain the highest standards at Chetu and unfortunately not everyone will meet those standards. We also work to create an environment where employees feel they can bring complaints, comments, and suggestions to us so we can continue to improve. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

-Learn to work under extreme pressure and close dead lines. -Alternate Saturday off. -If you have good knowledge and you are asking for reasonable salary they will hire you. -Learning a lot on your self don't look for help. -If You are very productive then good hikes(obviously). -If you forgot carrying your access card, they want you carry it any how.No entry in office. Some times communication with HR solves problem entering in office. -Events are organized on saturdays; you have to come on saturday or take leave. -Things are good if you got chance to work under (PHP floor manager), Very supportive, good professional, technically sound.

Cons

-New policies implemented without employee consent for ex: your salary structure gets changed and now you have to pay more tax. -Firing , firing and firing, give resign or you will be terminated this situation is properly managed by management head. -Make their client fool, there is a process of sending 5:15 report daily to client .Which have to be sent any how, either by assigned developer or some one else(asigned developer has already been terminated/fired). -You have to look at your manager for leave on Eid, holy, diwali. You have six leave only manage for these festival. -10% of your salary is deducted, and you get all as bonus after completion of one year, but climax abhi baki hai doston....if you leave or they terminate you(they actually) before one year, you will not be able to have you your bonus even if you have competed 11/23//35 months in chetu.10 % deduction applies on each year. -Wash room unhygenic. -alternet saturdays of. -

Pros

I can't think of any at the moment.

Cons

Bad upper management and company culture; low morale and high turnover. Their state-side training demands travelling to Miramar, FL, their hotel's rooms do not have kitchennettes, and they do not pay for any meals. They put you on the cheapest available flight (often with unnecessary and long layovers) and make you share rental cars during annual gatherings. Hours are very early (0530 am). Benefits are laughably bad, medical plans have huge deductibles and increasingly high premiums. Sales team is the absolute worst, overpromising, and lacking software guidance or functional knowledge of any sort. For technical project managers, company sponsors work visas then manipulates and bullies, and often cuts pay for, their on-shore managers once they arrive from India. They also like to point fingers and publicly humiliate, as sales team's overpromises and upper mgmt's lack of observation, lack of understanding, lack of communication skills, and off-shore teams' lack of technical expertise are made the burdens of project managers, exclusively. This is also not a good place for Indian women, for obvious reasons.
