Pros
Dedicated, top-notch technical and subject matter experts that are wonderful to work with; a very collaborative and partnering culture overall with a strong corporate culture and ethical foundation.
Cons
Management in the middle and upper tiers is somewhat disconnected from key drivers and expedited decision making and freedom that is necessary in the current industry environment. Also, some of the lateral management hires are influencing and influencing company direction toward personality-based reward versus substantive work product.
