Good safety environment and lot of good work

Cons

No growth / promotions for Asian women, especially if you have a White Caucasian male as your manager. He will sweet talk you and convince you to take the most challenging projects. When it comes to reward, he will find some trivial fault in your work ethics and stretch it so much, which makes an employee feel like they committed a major crime. Very pretentious and hypocrite when it comes to Diversity.
