Pros

Hated working there and hated the people I worked with. Location also sucked. Life there was hell on earth. Never got better.

Cons

Crazy hours working there. No time to get all work done. Crazy expectations, no growth for me, didn't learn much.

Lots of perks.....BUT!

Pros

Lots of perks, flexible working, short weekly hours, share scheme, final salary pension, good pay. Chevron are a good company to work for....if you can handle the red tape and politics!

Cons

Company appears very much like it's who you know and not what you know in order to rise through the ranks. Far too many red tape procedures.
