      Pros

      Compensation package, if you work more than 1 year. Attention to health and safety of employees. Flexible schedule and work-life balance.

      Cons

      If you are energetic, innovative and ready to think out of the box old ole girls/boys team is likely to view you as a challenge and will get rid of you as soon as they learn from you as much as they can. Asking questions to gain deeper understanding of the matter/opinion is treated as challenging professional opinion since very often people provide standard responses without thinking on why something has to be done specific way. Extremely difficult to move things forward to match changing external environment unless you are big boss.

      Pros

      Very flexible work arrangement 9/80 schedule. The people that work here have been here for a very long time so they know the history of the company very well and that helps with starting a new job here.

      Cons

      I think across different functional units, the communicatio can be better. It will help with the work load and effiiciency.
