      Pros

      If you can get in, the pay is well above average for similar industrial operator jobs. Excellent benefits package, too.

      Cons

      As with everything when the company gets too big, the corporate hive mind takes over and the bean counters making 7+ figures sacrifice quality for a couple of pennies of profit, and then blame the underlings when things go wrong. Also, the shift rotation schedule is rather difficult to adapt to at first. There are better schedules out there, but it's up to the employees to accept change, which they don't seem to want to do.
