      Pros

      There's a a great team environment and people really care about working there. You're treated well and the work life balance is excellent.

      Cons

      It's very slow to move on things - lots of processes to go through to get new things established which can be frustrating sometimes.

      - Decent pay (could be slightly better 80% where it needs to be) - Benefits are outstanding, other than Medical, its avg - Career is what you make it for the most part. If you stick your neck out and in the right place you can succeed. - Diverse workforce - Wonderful, wholistically distinct, "California" management Culture (i.e., Yoga meets Wall St.)

      Pros

      Good working environment in terms of balance between work and personal life. Company 'flex' holiday policy one of the best. People share information and team work strongly encouraged.

      Cons

      Large organization with overkill of internal processes. Spend more money and time on internal business than any focus on customer or market. Growth prospects limited. Not truly a global company. Very few non Americans in senior management.
