Pros

Paid Weekly Good Management Works with your schedule Free Car Wash Extra$ for graveyard Good Team

Cons

Unsafe at night System (that controls the pumps) unreliable. Customers would get mad when the pumps don't work and all you can really do is call the #'s given. They then instruct YOU on how to manually fix it. Its just a lot, although it didn't happen frequently it was frequent enough.
