Pros

Culture... for now, and wealth of knowledge.

Cons

Kept people way too long. Should have fired many under-performers long ago. Death by processes, untenable documentation, and over-analysis.

Pros

- 401k match contributions and defined benefit plan - Pay is decent - Most of the people at the lower levels are pretty good people and want to do a good job

Cons

- Too much fluff to sift through to do a good job in a reasonable amount of time - Good people get laid off while other bureaucrats keep theirs - A good portion of required annual training is not very useful in day to day operations
