Pros

tips are okay if you are a favorite and get the good shifts.

Cons

servers don't work together as a team. managers play favorites. there are no consequences for not doing your job. we are always running out of things like limes, vodka, to-go containers, etc. managers are lazy and ineffective. the owner is arrogant. servers who have been there forever run the show. they expect you to participate in contests (like selling certain drinks) and all for nothing. no reward....just do it because it's your job. they use threats to motivate. no professionalism.

Pros

For those interested in moving up in the company even simply at the restaurant level there is the possibility. There are multiple positions such a training, marketing, shift management available to those looking to gain experience in a non-corporate environment.

Cons

Depending on location the staff itself could be an issue due to lack of drive as they simply view it as a means to an end. Management often times tries to cut corners in order to save money to their benefit and it often effects the staff and guests.
