      easy job very friendly guests going from real restaurant to this one seemed like i knew more then the GM

      Cons

      company has no direction most managers are just trying to hide from getting fired company does not trust managers to actually make decisions that affect units at unit level zero funding restructuring company but seems to be going almost no where
