Pros

-great pay, good benefits, bonuses were always good (could have been better) the employees were great to work with. The atmosphere was nice and clean.

Cons

The upper management and owner took advantage of the store management and employees. I often times worked over 80 hours a week, on salary.

Pros

fresh food no cans in our kitchen

Cons

to much pressure to produce on labor. the goal is guest satisfaction and growing sales but all you ever hear about is labor. # 1 goal is increase in sales however even thiugh weve posted the best #s profit and labor in region it never seems to be enough and new budget nedds to have lower labor. but we cant sacrifice guest satisfaction. you do the math
