This is by far the best place I've worked at due to the opportunities they have available for current employees. There's not many places out there that stand by the "hire from within" policy, but this company truly cares for not only the customer, but the employee as well. I'd recommend Chewy to anyone looking for a career.

Cons

There is not much you can say that's negative about Chewy, due to the fact that they will listen to your concerns and take action.

Full time , Great Pay and benefits, Positive Environment, working with amazing people every day. Lots of promotions/opportunities for growth. If you come to work and give your all, you'll go far here. Lots of over time too. :)

Cons

Holidays are mandatory, Must work at least one weekend day.
