      Pros

      Well-run company with nice people and a good work environment (thanks in large part to a good regional manager), nice amenities (the company treated for lunch almost once a week).

      Cons

      I was only there for about a year and a half before leaving for Florida, so I didn't have as much opportunity for career advancement as I would have liked. But I don't think the company did anything wrong here: there were always online courses being offered to help sharpen one's skills in various areas.
