Cons

So much. There definitely is a "glass ceiling." Local management and employees feared upper management and HR. Always on edge if they would downsize employee numbers. Everyone was overworked and underappreciated and underpaid. Upper Management had huge salaries while the local staff, who did the work, suffered financially and physically. Expectations to work late--LATE--OFTEN, or you were not a team player. Employees allowed to bad mouth each other, have tantrums, throw things, curse at one another and more. HR did nothing. Allowed it to continue because they needed the grunt workers who were paid small amounts so they could be paid big amounts. If you were a favorite, you were praised highly, until the next shiney person came in. No loyalty or depth. Turnover was high, except the gruntworkers who were often bullies to others. The buildings were terrible and customers would complain, but management disregarded.
