Strong management support and encouragement of personal and professional growth. The company is interested in finding good people and keeping them. There is an emphasis on promoting from within. A large corporate structure provides for numerous opportunities throughout the US.

Cons

Offices run lean on staffing and the work is very fast paced. You don't want to fall behind, but there are knowledgable people to help. There will be late nights, and some positions are thankless.

Pros

Entrepreneurial atmosphere, where you are encouraged to be yourself as opposed to fitting into a pre-determined mold. Supportive sales management with the perfect balance of attention – not too much or too little. Some of the best closers and underwriters in the business. Upper management has a no-nonsense style that lends itself to quick action. Results are recognized and rewarded. Lots of upside here people, I highly recommend coming on board.

Cons

We are in a competitive market so you must find different ways to add value. In busy months, you must be able to multi-task and wear many hats at once.
