Pros

Good benefits. Excellent IT. Sales reps cater meals occasionally, rather than bonuses. Clean environment to work in. No drug tests

Cons

Poor middle management. Supervisors are on a separate path towards a different goal than their teams. Management is distant and has little input or feedback all year. Then a lack of involvement on their part is their reasoning for not being up for a raise.

Pros

Strong company and well known nationally. I feel like my pay matches my hard work. Benefits and company perks are decent.

Cons

They don't have time to train employees. You are just expected to learn as you go. Your PTO is at a bare minimum unless you've been there 10+ years.
