Pros

My manager, Steve Mills, bonuses

Cons

Feast or famine....this is just part of the way this industry is. Things changed after old mgt left and started a competing company. This gutted the company. New city management was not good at this time.

Pros

Great hours and great clients

Cons

If you are new it is very hard to work with other people that are seasoned. They did not have time to train you or help you. You felt like you could not talk to anymore before 11:00 in the morning after their coffee.
