Used to be a good place to work.

Pros

At one time it was a great place to work, great management and benefits. Vacation policy was liberal. Upon re-hire received prior time credit.

Cons

All that changed as the parent company acquired more and more competitors. Employee now has no leverage. Quick to lay off and move production off-shore. It's all about the numbers while upper management reaps the benefits of the work of others.

Pros

In the Danbury Office, truly there were no "i" in this team. A true "team" we were. Eventhough we worked very long and hard to keep our customers happy with a superior product, it was a plesaure to come in every day and work..

Cons

The only down side was that some how they didn't need the Danbury Office anymore and there were no openings in the other 2 offices. I never thought I would have to stop working for them.
