Pros

If you are full time there seem to be great benefits. It also has the feel of a government office, the pro of which it seems like other than for layoffs people do not lose their jobs.

Cons

Like said in the pros, it feels like a government office in the worst sense - super old technology, incompetence, nepotism, lots of sexism, Vice Presidents just not showing up for work sometimes (esp Fridays) and feels stagnant.

Pros

Coworkers were great. A supportive group. The Fidelity branding is textbook for business as usual. Work flows well from initial contact to closing through all departments.

Cons

Customer base can be very demanding which translates into demands channeled down through management and sales to CSR for task completion. Pay rate was poor. Direct management was excellent; county managers and above were corporate focused too often on personal gains.
