Pros

Low politics culture, extremely smart and also nice people, they actively work to position people in their areas of strength and where they will have the best chance of success. If you like building things it's a great place to be.

Cons

There's a lot of legacy stuff that needs to be cleaned up. They were also unprepared for extended low volatility markets which led to low bonuses.
