Friendly environment, collaborative mindset to pretty much everything the firm tackles, and extremely open with all employees, regardless of position. Also has great room for career advancement as well as supplies employees with good compensation packages and exceptional benefits.

CTC has an awesome atmosphere - fun and friendly and provides all of the office perks of a tech company. Would recommend to anyone.

Cons

Can't think of a con off the top of my head. Hours are not terrible depending on what group you are working with. Much better than similar paying finance jobs for hours
