Pros

Comparing to other fast food businesses, CFA is a great place to work. Generally everyone is happy to be around each other and willing to pull their own weight. Been lucky to have understanding and caring management.

Cons

Lack of reviews, opportunities for pay raises.

Pros

Chick-fil-A is a Christian-based organization well known for its policy of not being open for business on Sundays to ensure that restaurant owners and employees have "an opportunity to worship, spend time with family and friends or just plain rest from the work week."

Cons

Not as green as should be. Chick-fil-A uses styrofoam cups, which are not biodegradable and have several other drawbacks to environmental health.

Pros

Pay is great, and only work 20-30 per week if you like

Cons

Operator selection is more business like now and less personal and family friendly
