Pros

1. I have the basic schedule that I need. 2. Operator offers a 401-k plan for employees. 3. Operator has vacation time for employees. 4. I am usually treated in a very respectful manner by most of my fellow team members (I do not include management in this statement).

Cons

1. Team members are treated in a very disrespectful manner by some of the management team. 2. Schedule is subject to change at anytime without consulting with the person(s) involved to see if this conflicts with the plans of the team member. 3. Favoritism is showed when last minute emergencies arise. Sometimes adjustments are made with no problem and sometimes the team member is told to be at work, find a replacement or lose your job if you cannot report to work. 4. Some team members have no sense of urgency about their job. Folks, you are collecting a paycheck. Do your job. 5. Operator spends very little time in the store. Too often does not seem aware of what is going on in his own store. Does not even appear to know how to work a register and shows no interest in learning. 6. Very seldom given a thank you or prior notice when required to work beyond the scheduled time.

Pros

Very very good with students and their schedules...easy to get time off, managers seem to care, they are nice.

Cons

Pay is absolutely horrible, tiring, not always praised when you feel you deserve it.

Pros

Very professional in hiring new team members. Corporate visits periodically unlike most fast food restaurants. Closing is an easy job for most teenagers. Excellent training techniques as well as the great food!

Cons

When at work you can be stressed by the high expectations and the lunch rushes. Early hours from 4:30 for prep team are tiring.
