Upper Management seems knowledgeable and trying even though they are micro-managed to the hilt..does not leave much room for creativity and in sense their hands are tied. Hard to bring forth cohesive team efforts if agendas are so conflicted between management and sales personnel...sales personnel are the body, management the head....neither can exist without the other...clear rules need to be in place. Sales associates get paid so little, and bonus is a concern for them to stay....appalled at management persona that do not mind taking over in the middle of an associates's sale and escaping with the sales credit.....very tacky practic and associate seems to have no recourse. Concern is the customer who is totally annoyed with a SWITCH HIT when you have bonded with them....The CUSTOMER should be the main concern..afterall is that not what keeps you going as a COMPANY.....REPEAT and HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!! New Motto: Above the Standard, Good Customer Service is a GIVEN not a Gift... Managers....do you know what your Assistant Manager or Sales Lead is doing behind your back????? LOL
