Pros

I have found the organization to be filled with people who are passionate about helping kids. It is exciting to see the growth and know how much more this organization will be doing in the next five years.

Cons

It's kinda loud and the vibrations are strong during construction.

Pros

It is amazing to be able to care for children. You fall in love with each and every one. Even on my toughest days, I enjoyed my work, mostly despite of management.

Cons

I was given responsibilities that exceeded my pay and job title and was eventually fired without warning. The stated reason for my firing has been questioned by several of my colleagues.
