      Rewarding work for kiddos and families in need.

      Cons

      Work/life balance. Extremely cliquey work environment, where management is literally placed on display (glass windowed conference room and nobody of color in management) most of the time. Not up front regarding work expectations upon hire. Training is unorganized and poorly ran.

      Awesome coworkers. Great agency mission to help kids. They care about the employees.

      None really. Perhaps location if you live in West Omaha, but beats working downtown.

      Great work environment. Supervisors and Leadership are supportive and accessible. A variety of programs & opportunities for employment.

      With CSI being a smaller agency, it is difficult to gain opportunities to advance your career or move upward.
