Great company culture Great work life balance Nice and interesting coworkers

Cons

It can be hard to get a significant pay increase. Was a marketing coordinator for a few years and the pay didn't reflect the contributions I made to the company.

Since being purchased by Procare, company culture has greatly changed from a laid back atmosphere to a corporate machine. Long-time employees are leaving in droves.
