Pros

I heard it used to be a great company before I got there. "Unlimited PTO" and I use that loosely.

Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing. Corporate have no idea that management has no idea what they are doing. They hire people and do not train them on the product, then retaliate when they don't meet their expectations.

A woke company that follows well.

Cons

Management doesn’t do the job of managing. This will hurt you and your career. Unsupervised managers and directors bully and break labor laws. Note- the bad reviews here have been sanitized.

Pros

Great culture. Management does seem to take staffs concerns seriously and will do what they can to maintain staff that perform at a high level.

Cons

A lot of unknown due to the acquisition/merger with ProCare, but a lot of good signs pointing to this not being an issue and more of a positive development in the trajectory of the Company as a whole.
