Guaranteed full-time 40 hours a week

Cons

The higher pay displayed is for higher positions. New staff will start anywhere between 15-16 dollars.

We are glad we can guarantee hours for our staff. We believe it's important and benefits our organization. We have added more incentives for pay opportunities since 2022. We are always willing to improve so I'll take your feedback to our leadership team!

Good before management change

The job is absolutely rewarding. 401K. Great coworkers

Cons

You won't get lunch or a break unless you demand it, constantly short staffed. Management change changed the whole atmosphere. The HR "department" is unprofessional. No choice in using PTO or UPTO. Pay is way too low for the things that occur on a daily basis. Benefits are expensive. Upper management and RBT's fraternize with unprofessional dual relationships.

We also agree that the RBT role is indeed rewarding and that we have great people that work here. We have been able to schedule lunch breaks for our staff, add more incentives for pay opportunities and pay 70% of health benefits. We are always readjusting the organization for best practices. Thanks for your feedback!
