Pros

staff are so supportive very tight-knit family environment easy to communicate your wants/needs pressure free environment

Cons

little PTO/UPTO Not paid enough for what we deal with (very stressful and LONG days) difficult to move up in the company with no college degree

Our staff are such an important key to our organization! Since 2021, we have been able to schedule lunch breaks for our staff, add more incentives for pay opportunities, and add a 40-hour annual sick bucket in addition to our PTO/UPTO. #Staffwellness because we know the work of changing lives can be stressful and long. Remember, you're so impactful! We are always readjusting the organization for best practices. Thanks for your feedback!

We love that we can provide supervision to those maintaining their credentials and to those on track to become a BCBA or BCaBA. Continuous learning is one of our values, so we make sure the learning opportunities are plenty. We like to make sure our staff can provide excellent care to all age groups. We will take your feedback to our leadership team!
