Pros

Making Life better for children, good pay, great place to learn and develop clinical practice and knowledge for newer clinical professionals

Cons

Poor management, filling out surveys that mean absolutely nothing, Annual self appraisals are not evaluating you as an individual but your whole department. Your pay raise depends on how your department is doing not the individual being evaluated. Zero accountability for the ones who need to be held accountable. Management expects you to do there job for them and hold your colleagues accountable, Benefits are not very competitive

Pros

Excellent pay, because it is such a horrible place to work

Cons

Ridiculously oppressive policies, treat their nurses like they are disposable, unsafe patient load assignments, complete disconnect of management from nurses.
