Pros

Very helpful management. I've been at Children's for several years in different positions and love my career.

Cons

I work in a small area so sometimes it can be difficult to get the days off you request due to shortage of staffing.

Pros

Everyone in Leadership is invested in your personal and professional growth. I got to pick the best 8 hour shift that worked best for me and my family From Orientaion to Trainning To Getting on the Floor There was always someone resourceful around to lend a helping hand, answer question ect. Free Covered Parking for employees( NOT MANY HOSPITALS DO THAT) Meal Deductions with your badge (Comes in handy on a rainy day or a dry day lol)

Cons

Dont reallly have to many cons, besides not being able to get overtime. and im not to happy about having a designated time i have to take lunch. but other than that very happy.
