would not go back to work there EVER! Try UT Southwestern. It seems that some of new senior management is empire building and could not care about the real workers The street says there is going to be a layoffs in 2013 I would tell more but don't want to get into a lawsuit

They cater too much to the physicians, who in turn crap on everyone they come in contact with. Communication is horrible btwn management and staff. People that are promoted are done so for reasons other than their qualifications. Departments dont cooperate btwn each other, and are more of a hindrance when trying to do your job.
