Pros

The rates could be higher but the benefits package more than makes up for it! Office staff is real attentive and understanding and will work with you. They are real knowledgeable about this profession and are extremely helpful to the nurses in the field.

Cons

Sometimes there is a real short notice of when you have to go in and cover due to nurses calling out. It is part of this specific industry.
