Pros

Great salary, great hours, great and very honest people to work for! I have worked in home health before and this company is by far the best! I have never been treated better then by the ladies in the office and by upper Admin at the other branches. Loyal and very by the book employees. They take great care of their employees by letting them off when they need off and always making sure that the patients and families come first as well as the nurses! Oh, and they actually pay OVER TIME, like others do not. I felt like I was at home when I would walk in to the office, everyone greeted me and made sure I was doing ok and made sure I was taken care of. I also know that they have scored 100% on all state and insurance audits which made me feel great knowing I was working for honest people! I would recommended this company time and time again to people looking for work in the area. I work for my husbands family business now or I would have never left! It was the toughest thing leaving such an amazing company and family that I had grown to love as my own! The owners have worked in health care of all sorts and have degrees to prove they have the knowledge to run the company the way it should be ran! Which also made me feel safe knowing everything they did was done correctly so I didn't have to worry about anything being done illegally or unethically.

Cons

Honestly, I can not think of any. If my car broke down, they made sure I had a ride to and from work and also took me to pick my car up from the auto shop! Awesome people right there!

Pros

Family-oriented Flexible schedules Managers are humans and treat their employees as such:) Management welcomes employee input. Generally good culture.

Cons

No room for growth both professionally and salary-wise. No benefits. Health insurance available but coverage will be lost anytime you don't put in at least 34 hrs/wk

Pros

I have been a nurse since 1995 and have spent a majority of my career in Home Health. There are many nursing agencies that care, and give good care. Very few agencies look after the nurses who are providing the care of these medically fragile children. Children's Home Healthcare offers Aflac, employee insurance, paid time off, and a very competitive pay rate. The nurses I have worked with are bright, well educated, and take excellent care of their patients. Staffing is diligent in finding nurses to cover open shifts. I am pleased with the care that they give to the patient's, their families, and staff. Rachel J. RN

Cons

None really, most cons apply to any home health job.
