Not a place if you're not interested in clinical work, or working with children

Pros

Great opportunity to get first hand experience in the clinical field, diversity is good, social groups at the clinic can be fun (boost engagement), and supportive coworkers.

Cons

Lack of supervisor support, not a place to work if not passionate about the job, burnout, lack of flexibility in hours if full-time student, pay does not compensate for the amount of the work, scheduling team does not provide timely client updates, and limited space for professional development.

Pros

Children’s learning Connection is the best company I’ve ever been apart of. CLC is all about team work and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love the diversity and the culture. CLC helps you grow in so many areas and prepares you for future jobs in the medical field.

Cons

It requires a lot of patience and flexibility. If you don’t want to work with kids in the future or don’t have any experience working with kids, this may not work for you! It’s best to come into this field if you have experience working with kids.
