Pros

It's very easy to be bought in to the mission at Children's. I was a videographer and was privileged to tell the stories of patients and their families, and I really enjoyed my time there.

Cons

I left the company during the pandemic partly because it became much more difficult to do my job the way it was done prior to the pandemic. It was also a very high-stress environment to be working at any hospital during that time.
