Cons

Average management (in my department). I did not like their health insurance. Don't know if there are some improvements now.

My coworkers are the best, most caring people! The patients and families make it so worth it and there are wonderful opportunities.

Cons

Well, you are working in some sad scenarios :( and have to deal with body fluids. At times the general work conditions can be stressful.
