Pros

Full time is considered 32 hours so having a day off during the week is great. You are also able to pick up shifts on your day off and get paid extra for doing so. Everybody I have encountered are truly straight forward and NICE. Management is straight forward and opinions are taken into account.

Cons

You can get paid more elsewhere. There are times when providers can be having a bad day and you will notice it. Don't let it get to you.

Children's is such an amazing place to work, from the staff, leadership, and especially our patients and families. Such a positive group!

Cons

Children's is growing so are going through those common growing pains. Growth is also a good thing since it also brings a certain level of job security.
