Pros

Coworkers and pay were decent.

Cons

They don't care about their employees. All they care about is their "Reputation." Which trust me, Children's does great things for kids!! But they will lose a valuable employee in the blink of an eye if it means saving them a dime.

Pros

The benefits are good. The mission is great. The pay is low.

Cons

The management team is dysfunctional. They lack integrity and common decency. They would rather line their own pockets than take care of the employees that are on the front line. They pretend to care about the patient experience, but they only do so that they can get their own bonuses. They don't really care about anyone but themselves. The front line staff are the ones who care and know their jobs the best. Let them do their jobs!
