They care about their employees. Raises have been good. Take great care of children.

Cons

High census. Often closes units or floors due to being full. Long wait times in ER. Inadequate staffing to meet demands. On call shifts.

Great support for learning, great night managers, pay is competitive with other hospitals and states, wonderful atmosphere, and overall focus on children and bettering their lives. Also, open and non-punitive as far as suggestions for care of employees and patients/families.

Cons

Staffing is tight right now but they are open about working on it.
