Terrible CNO

Pros

The people working in the units there are amazing and genuinely care for kids!

Cons

Ever since Pam took over as CNO, working at Children’s has drastically changed. There’s a lot of budget issues that trickle down to bedside and are “solved” by running short. The focus is more as running the hospital as a business than focusing on the actual care. It is a very toxic environment and very much starts at the top. And there is a lot of retaliation for speaking out. Work here at your own risk.
