Pros

There used to be a sign on bonus. Not anymore.

Cons

This has been the worst company I’ve ever worked for. Very selfish and doesn’t care about what goes on. Lots of teachers working here without any knowledge of how to actually do their jobs. Very rude to the children as well. They don’t pay close to what anyone is worth.

Pros

I became friends w my co teachers.

Cons

The classrooms, bathrooms and break room are filthy, and teachers are expected to do a majority of cleaning that a cleaning team should be doing. Dangerously understaffed and teachers are left over ratio frequently. No human could actually keep the kids safe and teach them under the circumstances. Teachers are expected to pay for almost all materials in the classroom. The leadership are unwilling to provide w basic needs for the classroom (or you receive it a year later) and unwilling to compensate teachers. Low pay and teachers taken advantage of. Rude management who don’t care about staff or children. Just treated as a company to make money. High turnover since it’s such an awful place to work, so no consistency for the children. Cameras cause a lot of miscommunication between teachers, management, and families.
