Pros

The management works well with the team. Works with schedules pretty well. Plenty of resources for training and development of teachers. Lots of great programs. The children are loved and learning so much and teachers using DAP. The parents seem happy and children are truly learning!

Cons

Not enough staff or time for the work day to make a more quality program. The pay could be better for the teachers. Company could be more efficient in quality vs quantity. As a new management person, is being a larger school could use another management person. The phone rings off the hook 85% of the time. Benefits could be laid out better.

Pros

Communication among the staff is constructive and collaborative, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Cons

The academic qualifications and professional level of the teaching staff are not sufficiently valued. Annual salary increases are minimal, and compensation is not adjusted to keep up with inflation.
