Pros

There are absolutely no pros to working within this company. The only thing that I actually enjoyed was the children

Cons

You never get out on time, I get out at least 2 hours late every day. The management is awful. The kids are shuffled around on a daily basis from room to room. Lead teachers are never in their own room, and there is tons of favoritism. You do not get paid nearly enough to work here

Great benefits, great location, most co workers were very nice and great to be around, some parents were super nice

Cons

Horrible values (for the company as a whole), stressful environment, overflow of kids, some co workers were very mean, the kids were sometimes stressful to deal with, the parents were sometimes very mean and the administration could be very unsupportive and rude at times

-Low pay -Terrible hours/ lack of scheduling -Always out of ratio -Inconsistency with different teachers in different classrooms. -Horrible directors -No career advancement -Building is dirty and has mice.
