      Pros

      Employer and coworkers are nice. Everyone is friendly and you can actually make friends here

      Cons

      The pay is too low. We receive hourly pay actually. You are allowed to work overtime but you have to have specific reasons and get approved by your manager first. The workload is too much compared to the pay received. Employment is unstable as it's dependent on government funding.

      Good company culture with a group of passionate people

      Cons

      Budget is tight. Overtime is very limitedly allowed if your paid hourly. High turnover rate & constant staff shortage make other members to share more responsibilities that are not in their job descriptions.
