Pros

The managers and rest of the crew are really friendly and want you to succeed. You get trained up somewhat quick but it is not too hard to learn. The benefits are great and the pay and tips make it worth it as well! Invest in stock because their outlook and profile are consistently doing well!

Cons

Give a whole week of training instead of 2-3 days. Let employees take their free meal home after shift, instead of having them pay 50% for it.

Pros

Learned how to use a knife Learned how to prep ingredients Friendly team

Cons

A lot of work, you have barely any energy to do anything else after your shift. Management had favoritism and allowed certain incapable employees to become managers. Slow co-workers get away with things and you end up having to burden the extra load.
