Love the people, manager helped me get the hours l needed around my class schedule, fine pay for a part time job while in school, promote from within

Cons

I didn't like the late nights having to clean up or the pressure to learn more. I was comfortable as a line cook but they want you to move up and learn to cook and other positions (it's a pro if you want to move up in the company, I just wanted an easy job while at school)

Free company meal (after working a 5 hour shift) Nice uniforms, generally the employees are decent people. It's always busy so you always have something to do.

Cons

All of your managers/kitchen managers are no older than 29, so it's a very childish atmosphere. It's unorganized, & uncoordinated. I got hired, and wasn't scheduled for a whole month because they said they had other people to train before me. I called the week they told me I would be scheduled, and the manager told me I had to wait until the following week. Later that day, at 11:30 AT NIGHT (I was almost asleep) some manager I'd never heard of called me and told me I was working the following morning. Not asked, TOLD me. I called the next morning and quit on the spot. 0/10.
