Health violations rampant in multiple locations without properly training new team members to follow protocols accurately, thus creating an unsanitary and unsafe work environments for other team members. Also would be beneficial to the company and employees to make cross training for each area for each team member mandatory within first month or two ; so every team member understands and learns in a timely time line as opposed to making excuses.
